Job Description
1. Coordinate and manage the execution of physical oil cargoes (crude and/or refined products).
2. Monitor shipping schedules, demurrage exposure, and laytime calculations.
3. Monitor product movement and delivery, update stakeholders on shipment status.
4. Track cargo loss/gain, quality discrepancies, and report operational risks.
5. Support monthly closing process in coordination with finance and trade support teams.
6. Maintain operational compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
7. Update internal systems with operational data and reports.
8. Liaise with customers, surveyors, barge operators, suppliers, and port authorities to ensure smooth bunker supply.
9. Ensure all documentation (bunker delivery notes, cargo manifests, customs forms, etc.) is prepared accurately and submitted on time.
10. Verify operational performance, barge turnaround, and quantity delivered versus ordered.
