- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern frontend framework
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and web performance
- Experience with design tools (Figma, Adobe, Canva)
- Video editing skills (Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci, or similar)
- Eye for design and ability to produce polished content independently
- Bonus: experience with AI-generated content or creative automation tools
- Build and maintain responsive, high-performance web interfaces (React or similar)
- Implement on-page SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices
- Create graphics, social assets, and branded visual content
- Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content
- Collaborate with AI and backend engineers on product features
About the Role
We are a US AI software company founded by two leaders who have spent their careers at the intersection of technology and business. Our founder — a Harvard MBA with 30+ years in consulting and technology — lives and works right here in Medellín. Our co-founder holds an MIT PhD in AI. We serve a growing portfolio of US small and mid-size businesses and we need someone to make them look world-class online. This is not a gig. We are building something for the long term and the people who build it with us share in what we create.
