About the opportunity
We are seeking an Associate Outsourcing Management to join our Central Outsourcing Management team. The Central Outsourcing Management team is a "second line of defense" function and is responsible for establishing the guidelines & standards, training & education, monitoring & controlling, and reporting to the management. The successful candidate will have a direct hand in shaping the future of this function and contribute to the success of the overall organization.
In this role, you will:
- Support operationally in keeping the Outsourcing Register up to date
- Support the monitoring of the regular performance evaluation of the departments based on defined KPIs and KRIs
- Carry out 2nd level controls and sample testing
- Support the set up of contingency plans as well as exit & termination strategies by the department and actively monitor any further need for action
- Prepare and continuously update training materials
- Be responsible for data extraction from various sources and creating data driven reports
- Follow up on SLAs and KRI reporting across all business lines
What you need to be successful:
Background
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or other relevant areas
- 2+ years of experience in Sourcing, Vendor Risk, Contract Management, Risk Management, Outsourcing management
Skills
- Knowledge of industry-standard outsourcing regulations and risk guidelines to identify problems and propose practical solutions
- Strong data literacy with the ability to build and maintain KPI/KRI dashboards
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, critical thinking, as well as the ability to identify problems and propose practical solutions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluency in English is required, German is a plus
