For a well-established staffing company operating in Trondheim, we are looking for experienced Carpenters to join long-term construction projects with some of the most recognized local and national companies.

The assignments focus on high-quality building and finishing work in line with Norwegian construction techniques and standards. You will work on varied projects that may include both new construction and renovation, with duties mainly related to installation, interior structures, and finishing tasks. We operate under the collective agreement for the construction industry, offering structured conditions, clear expectations, and cooperation with one of the strongest staffing providers in the Norwegian construction market.

Your tasks:

  • Install doors, windows, and gypsum walls
  • Build gypsum walls, including framing
  • Perform interior and exterior finishing work
  • Read drawings and work independently
  • Follow safety standards and cooperate with the team


Requirements:

  • Minimum three years of professional experience as a carpenter or in closely related construction roles
  • Knowledge of Scandinavian construction techniques, including materials, building method
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Capability to work independently
  • High work ethic and commitment, including reliability, punctuality, focus on quality, and willingness to follow procedures, instructions, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Norwegian or English
  • Class B license is a plus
