About the Role
The GTM Insights & Deal Strategy team plays a critical role in shaping and executing Lyra’s Employer Solutions strategy, and we’re looking for a Global Pricing Operations Associate to join the team. This role will require a balance of analytical and operational skills to help guide the company on driving scalable growth. This individual will serve as a key partner to the Sales and Customer Success teams for winning and retaining business, providing guidance on deal structure and pricing strategy.
