Job Description:

About the Role & Team**

The Supply Chain Visibility (SCV) team was established to meet increasing regulatory and stakeholder demands for comprehensive supply chain due diligence. A newly formed team, SCV is responsible for managing Disney’s expanding responsibilities to understand and conduct due diligence on the upstream supply chain. This includes collaborating with Corporate and Business partners to operationalize new regulatory requirements, analyzing internal and external supply chain data to evaluate compliance, developing tools and methodologies to conduct due diligence in support of regulatory requirements, and partnering with internal Sourcing teams to gather and evaluate information from Disney’s vendors.

Reporting to the SCV Operations Manager, the Senior Operations Analyst role will serve as a critical operational and reporting lead for SCV’s compliance programs and technology. The position will be responsible for preparing voluntary and regulatory disclosures, overseeing annual program reviews in alignment with governance frameworks, providing user support for SCV platforms, and closely partnering with Program Development and Technology colleagues to enhance the SCV technology.

We’re looking for someone who is driven by continuous improvement, skilled at supporting data‑driven reporting, and motivated by stakeholder and user satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings experience synthesizing data and stakeholder input to communicate clear findings, supporting technology users to drive effective system use, and enabling governance in a global, cross‑functional setting.

What You Will Do**

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Regulatory Reporting & Voluntary Disclosures

  • Coordinate voluntary and regulatory reporting activities, e.g. for the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), Conflict Minerals, and public facility disclosure, and others.
  • Execute defined annual reporting cycles by supporting data collection and analysis, monitoring timelines, and tracking responses in partnership with third‑party service providers, business units, and other business and vendor contacts.
  • Perform quality checks and validation of supplier‑submitted data, including identification of gaps, inconsistencies, and potential non-compliance indicators, escalating findings as appropriate.
  • Partner with Legal, Controllership, Technology, Policy, and other teams to support review, approval, and final filing/publication processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and audit‑ready documentation.

Annual Reviews, Governance & Controls

  • Assist in consolidating program status, non-compliance indicators, and results for internal governance forums and senior leadership updates.
  • Coordinate annual program reviews, including stakeholder consultation, project management, and documentation, communication, and tracking of results and recommendations.
  • Ensure program documentation, controls, evidence, and records are maintained in support of regulatory, audit, and internal compliance requirements.

DSCV Platform & User Support

  • Act as an initial point of contact for users working with the SCV technology ecosystem.
  • Log, track, and triage user questions and issues, escalating more complex items and partnering with Program Development and Technology teams to support resolution.
  • Support the creation, update, and maintenance of user guidance, job aids, and training materials in alignment with established program processes.

Program Development Support

  • Partner closely with the Program team to support the operationalization of new and evolving regulatory requirements within the SCV technology portfolio.
  • Assist with testing, validation, and rollout of new program processes, data requirements, and platform enhancements.
  • Provide operational input and feedback to help improve program efficiency, data quality, and user experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills**

  • 4+ years of experience in supply chain compliance, responsible sourcing, sustainability, ESG, or related regulatory programs.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting regulatory reporting, data collection, or disclosure processes.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to validate complex datasets and documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey compliance findings to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with Legal, Sourcing, Technology, Policy, and business partners.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, evolving regulatory environments.
  • Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with data management or compliance platforms.
  • Willingness to work across different time zones and within a global team.
