Your Qualifications
Fluent Norwegian & Swedish (C1/C2) with good English skills Previous experience in customer support or service roles is an advantage Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with digital tools and multiple systems Ability to explain technical and financial topics clearly Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail Team player with adaptability in a dynamic setting
