Join Quadient, a global technology company focused on digital transformation and operational efficiency. As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our parcel locker network in Italy. This entry-level position offers direct mentorship, a performance bonus, and a dynamic team-oriented environment.

About the role

Your Profile

  • No prior commercial experience required — we are looking for the right attitude above all else
  • Strong verbal communication skills: clear, confident, and natural on the phone
  • High resilience and a positive approach to rejection — cold calling means hearing 'no' often, and that's fine
  • Results-oriented: motivated by hitting weekly targets and seeing your appointments convert into signed contracts
  • Organised and reliable: able to manage a high volume of outbound activity while keeping accurate CRM records
  • Curious and coachable: eager to learn and open to feedback from the team
  • Proficient in basic IT tools (MS Office, CRM); Salesforce experience is a plus but not required
  • Fluent in Italian; English is advantageous
  • Eligible to work in the European Union
