Housekeeping Assistant [Permanent, Part Time] – Office based An opportunity has arisen for a Housekeeping Assistant for an 8 hour week, 2 mornings a week; 9am – 1pm or 10am – 2pm. Some flexibility required and given. Key Responsibilities of this role are: * to greet all guests in a warm and friendly manner * to conduct cleaning tasks on a regular schedule * to conduct kitchen duties and room set-up * to maintain rooms in a clean, safe & presentable condition at all times * to ensure cleaning and catering stock integrity is maintained at all times * to ensure strict adherence to all hygiene processes and procedures for the offices * to liaise with external organisations with regard to cleaning and catering supplies * to assist with postal duties such as packing, sorting, franking and making postal arrangements * to act as a backup for reception and office duties * to conduct any other duties which may be assigned The ideal candidate for this position will: * have previous experience * have a professional and friendly approach * have excellent attention to detail * have excellent time keeping skills * have a good level of spoken English * be standards driven and detail-orientated * have good self-presentation * ideally have hygiene training [an advantage] * ideally have manual handling certification [an advantage] * Availability: Immediate Three ways to apply: * recruit@niso.ie * Add your CV / Cover letter here * Apply to the General Manager, NISO, A11 Calmount Park, Ballymount, Dublin 12, D12 EH21
