Homesavers are currently recruiting for Team Leader to join our team in Homesavers Claremorris. Retail Team Leader is a hands-on role responsible for delivering day-to-day retail operations along with supporting retail leaders. Lead the store team to- Provide excellent customer service Replenish stock, maintain displays, and ensure product availability Maintain store cleanliness Assist with deliveries, stock handling, and inventory counts Open and close the store, ensuring all security and operational procedures are followed Follow till procedures and ensure accuracy of transactions and store controls Support and guide team members during shifts and ensure adherence to procedures Assist in training new staff and developing talent within the current team Skills Required- Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, responsible, with flexible availability Ability to deliver standards and results Experience in leading a team Retail experience is an advantage to have
