As a Senior Product Data Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of product data across our systems. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining SKU information, validating product data, and supporting internal stakeholders with reliable product-related information. Through your attention to detail and strong organisational skills, you will help maintain high data quality standards and contribute to operational excellence. This position is maternity cover contract for 1 year and based in Warsaw.

• Creating and maintaining SKUs in English in accordance with established guidelines and quality standards
• Validating product data and updating product attributes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems
• Performing product data quality assurance checks and proactively identifying potential issues
• Providing accurate SKU-related information and support to internal stakeholders
• Addressing data defects and inconsistencies with urgency and attention to detail
• Managing priorities effectively while ensuring compliance with internal processes and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Fluency in English
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure
• A proactive mindset and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership in addressing data-related issues
