Senior Associate Brand Service (m/f/d)

As a Senior Associate Brand Service, you will play an important coordinating and organisational role by supporting our Brand Buying team in their day-to-day operations. We are looking for a highly self-motivated, well-organised and detail-oriented individual who enjoys taking ownership and working independently. This position is permanent and based in Munich.

Work closely with both the Brand Buying and Production teams on daily operational topics
Prepare new product go-lives on our website by supporting the Brand Buying team in the selection process and gathering all necessary information and images from our brand partners
Collect required data from brands to support our sustainability and compliance initiatives, utilising AI and automation where applicable
Collaborate closely with specific partners on our non-permanent assortment by establishing contracts and ensuring a stable partnership

A degree in business, economics or a comparable field of study
A self-motivated and proactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to multitask with a detail-oriented and structured way of working
The ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and brand partners, paired with very strong written and verbal communication skills
Good knowledge of Excel, and familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
