As a Business Development Associate at Aircrete Europe, you work on international AAC plant projects from the initial client inquiry through feasibility assessment, proposal preparation, and project execution. The role combines technical-commercial analysis, client communication, market research, and coordination between multiple departments within the company.
An important part of the role is supporting Aircrete's growth in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. Due to Arabic language skills, cultural familiarity, and understanding of both European and Middle Eastern business environments, you help to identify opportunities, engage with potential clients, and build relationships with developers, contractors, investors, and AAC producers.
