We are currently looking for 2 spray painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience on the following. • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying primers. • Mix paints, coatings, and finishes according to manufacturer specifications. • Operate airless, conventional, and HVLP spray-painting equipment safely and efficiently. • Apply paint, protective coatings, and finishes to metal, machinery, vehicles, structural steel, and industrial components. • Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality finishes and compliance with company standards. • Carry out surface repairs and touch-ups where required. • Maintain spray-painting equipment and ensure proper cleaning after use. • Follow health and safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). • Read and interpret work orders, technical drawings, and specifications. • Monitor paint thickness, coating quality, and drying times to meet project requirements. • Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects within deadlines. Skills and Experience: • Proven experience as an Industrial Spray Painter. • Knowledge of surface preparation techniques and industrial coating systems. • Experience using spray guns, compressors, and paint-mixing equipment. • Ability to work with various paints, primers, epoxies, and protective coatings. • Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. • Understanding of workplace health and safety regulations.
