Job Overview We are seeking a Production Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Key Responsibilities - Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on semiconductor equipment. - Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement solutions. - Read and follow engineering documents, procedures, and technical manuals. - Document maintenance activities and prepare reports as needed. - Use hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and testing equipment. - Support equipment optimization and continuous improvement efforts. - Work overtime when required to support production needs. Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of experience in a semiconductor fabrication environment. - Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience on semiconductor equipment. - Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. - Experience with tools, soldering, fixturing, adhesives, and precision measurement equipment. - Proficiency using volt, ohm, and current meters for testing and debugging. - Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. - Strong communication skills and attention to detail. - Reliable with a strong attendance record. - Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Education - High School Diploma or equivalent required. - Technical school, trade school, or related vocational training preferred. Physical Requirements - Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
