As a Professional Services Consultant, you will be part of a team focused on ensuring the success of customers' experience strategies and their implementations. Your responsibilities will include the implementation of CXM software solutions, installation and configuration of Quadient applications, analysis of requirements and solution design, and technical project leadership. You will have the opportunity to work in a flexible hybrid work model, access global learning opportunities, and be part of an inclusive community.

About the role

  • English and German (minimum B2) both written and spoken.

  • Good grasp of IT technologies, the ability to quickly find missing information / knowledge.

  • Ability to write short scripts in any language (e.g. JavaScript, Groovy, Shell, Ansible).

  • The desire to learn new things and solve problems.

  • Analytical thinking.

  • Willingness to travel might be required, but traveling is not guaranteed.
