Chimac Limited T/A Chimac is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes in accordance with company recipes and
specifications.
• Manage and oversee a designated section of the kitchen during food preparation and service.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation and portion control.
• Assist in menu development and recipe implementation.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering, stock rotation and inventory management.
• Supervise and support junior kitchen staff where required.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP procedures, food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient working environment.
• Coordinate workflow within the kitchen to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain operational standards and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
• Good understanding of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
