Job Location: Hyderabad *Salary* : To be discussed during the Interview Process Interview Mode: In-Person Interview Only Ø *Service Agreement: 3 Years Mandatory* 1. *CNC Milling Operator* 2. *CNC Turning Operator* 3. *CNC Milling Operator 5 Axis* Qualification & Experience: *For 1&2 posts:* ITI/Diploma Mechanical 2 5 Years in Milling&Turning *3 post:* Diploma/B.Tech Mechanical 3 6 Years in 5 Axis machine centers *Preferred Industry: Defence, Aerospace, Precision Engineering, Heavy Engineering, Manufacturing.* *Key Responsibilities* : ·Operate CNC Milling machines for precision aerospace and defence components. ·Read engineering drawings, process sheets, and work instructions. ·Perform tool offset corrections and machine setting verification. ·Conduct in-process inspection using verniers, micrometers, bore gauges, and height gauges. ·Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards. ·Support continuous improvement and 5S initiatives. *Required Skills:* Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T. ·Knowledge of precision measuring instruments. ·Understanding of aerospace quality requirements. ·Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
