Job Location: Hyderabad Interview Mode: In-Person Interview Only Ø *Service Agreement: 3 Years Mandatory* CNC Turning Operator Qualification & Experience: ITI/Diploma Mechanical 2 5 Years in Turning *Preferred Industry: Defence, Aerospace, Precision Engineering, Heavy Engineering, Manufacturing.* *Key Responsibilities* : ·Operate CNC Turning machines for precision aerospace and defence components. ·Read engineering drawings, process sheets, and work instructions. ·Perform tool offset corrections and machine setting verification. ·Conduct in-process inspection using verniers, micrometers, bore gauges, and height gauges. ·Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards. ·Support continuous improvement and 5S initiatives. *Required Skills:* Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T. ·Knowledge of precision measuring instruments. ·Understanding of aerospace quality requirements. ·Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
