Conduct Project Management tasks for complex IT programs, coordinating the planning, execution, and delivery of custom software applications and systems architecture. Support IT project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve technical issues. Monitor and track IT project milestones and other key deliverables. Collaborate closely with software development teams to ensure alignment with project specifications and quality standards. Submit project deliverables, ensuring they meet established quality benchmarks, and assess current or future customer needs and priorities by communicating directly with customers and conducting surveys or other methods. Facilitate the implementation of Agile methodologies, ensuring iterative development and continuous feedback throughout the project lifecycle. Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, OR related field, PLUS five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related position. Alternatively, will accept Master’s degree PLUS two (2) years of described experience. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Travel Requirements Travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. approximately 30% as required. Telecommuting/Remote Work is Permitted May telecommute from any location within the U.S.
