Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed, accurate, and professional environmental inspection reports (mold, mycotoxin, lead, asbestos, and related hazards).
- Review inspection findings and convert technical data into clear, client-ready reports.
- Follow up with field inspectors to obtain missing information, photos, and documentation.
- Coordinate with laboratories and internal teams to obtain and confirm test results.
- Review lab data and integrate findings accurately into final reports.
- Ensure all reports are completed, reviewed, and delivered within set deadlines.
- Maintain organized records of inspections, lab results, and completed reports.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with company reporting standards.
- Identify gaps in data and proactively resolve issues to avoid delays.

The Engineer Report Writer will work closely with inspectors, laboratories, project coordinators, and operations staff to prepare accurate, high-quality client reports within required turnaround times. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment.
