You will build, segment, and clean your own lead lists targeting high-potential B2B clients in the US. You will execute high-volume outbound campaigns through cold calling, personalized email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach. You will turn cold prospects into warm, qualified opportunities by uncovering pain points and positioning staffing solutions. You will book high-quality discovery calls and meetings for account executives as your core success metric. You will track every interaction, follow-up, and lead status accurately in the CRM. You will collaborate with leadership to refine messaging based on real-time market responses and objections.

Puente Talent Partners connects top Latin American professionals with growing US companies. This role is for one of our US clients, and you would be joining their team directly while being supported by Puente through the hiring process.

You will join a lean, high-velocity sales team where every rep owns their pipeline from scratch. Advanced knowledge of modern sales tools like Apollo, Smartlead, Clay, or Claude Code. Deep understanding of remote work and nearshoring market trends.
