In this pivotal role, you will lead one of three R&D branches, driving innovation and aligning technological capabilities with strategic goals. You will manage three departments, foster collaboration across R&D branches, and engage with key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, departmental leadership, innovation and technology integration, talent development, and performance monitoring.
