We are looking for a motivated and skilled Squad Leader to join our team. In this role, you will lead a cross-functional squad, driving the execution of project goals while ensuring effective collaboration and communication among team members. Your leadership will be essential in guiding the squad through agile processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role within an agile environment, preferably in product development or system integration contexts.
Effective Communication: Fluent English is mandatory (verbal and written communication skills), with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Agile Methodologies: In-depth knowledge of agile practices and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience facilitating agile ceremonies.
Project Management Tools Experience: Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Azure and Trello.
Familiarity with AI Technologies: Familiarity with AI technologies and the ability to leverage them to improve team processes and enhance productivity.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track and within scope.
Nice to Have:
Leadership Certifications: Certifications in agile methodologies or team leadership (e.g., Certified Scrum Master - CSM).
