Job Title: Senior Account Manager Location: Malvern, PA (4 days/week onsite) Duration: Full-Time Permanent Salary: $90K-$100K/Annum + Benefits Eligibility: Open to US Citizens, Green Card Holders (No C2C / No Third Parties) NOTE: The client will only consider candidates who are local to the Malvern, PA area within a 10 40 mile radius. Relocation candidates and non-local profiles will not be accepted. Summary: Results-driven Senior Account Manager with 8+ years of experience in IT staffing, workforce solutions, and enterprise account management. Proven track record of driving revenue growth through new client acquisition, expanding strategic accounts, and managing high-volume IT contract hiring programs. Skilled in consultative selling, technical requirement qualification, stakeholder engagement, and negotiating workforce solutions aligned with business objectives. Strong analytical mindset with expertise in sales forecasting, KPI management, pipeline tracking, and delivering exceptional client experiences in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
