Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive
Location: Malvern, PA (4 days/week onsite)
Duration: Full-Time Permanent
Salary: $150K/Annum + Commission + Benefits
Eligibility: Open to US Citizens, Green Card Holders (No C2C / No Third Parties)
NOTE: The client will only consider candidates who are local to the Malvern, PA area within a 10 40-mile radius. Relocation candidates and non-local profiles will not be accepted.
Summary: Results-driven Senior Business Development Executive with 8 12 years of experience managing and expanding Fortune 1000 client relationships within IT consulting and professional services environments. Proven expertise in full-cycle account management, strategic business growth, client retention, and consultative solution selling. Skilled at building strong relationships with C-Level executives, navigating complex enterprise organizations, and driving revenue growth through customized business solutions. Strong background in IT delivery management, staff management, and cross-functional leadership with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, growth-focused environments.
Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive who is accountable for full-cycle account management for key Client clients that are using Client’s Consulting Services. This includes cultivating client satisfaction as well as expanding the services Client provides to clients. This is a growth-focused role
Qualifications:
• 8-12 years of experience with relationship management with fortune 1000 client(s)
• Creativity to customize solutions to match customer needs
• Experience in an IT delivery role or a business role closely aligned to IT
• Ability to negotiate through large, complex organizations and influence key decision-makers
• Strong entrepreneurial skills to wholly manage clients (business development, delivery management, staff management)
• Bachelor’s degree required
