WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
In this role, you'll act as the global commercial leader for a Home Furnishing Business area. Your days will vary, but here's a flavour of what you'll do:
- Drive global sales, profitability and long-term growth for your business area.
- Work closely with markets, range and supply teams to shape a strong and relevant product offer.
- Turn global strategy into real action across both physical and digital customer meeting points.
- Follow up performance, identify opportunities and adjust direction when needed.
- Strengthen ways of working, tools and competence across markets to create consistency and impact.
- Lead with values, inspire collaboration and make sure sustainability is part of everything we do.
