You have solid experience (5–8+ years) leading a food, retail or hospitality business You understand how to turn strategy into results – from planning to execution You’re a strong leader who enjoys developing people and building high-performing teams You’re comfortable working across markets and collaborating with different stakeholders You bring a commercial mindset and understand how to drive growth and profitability You’re passionate about food and creating great customer experiences
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
Lead and develop the IKEA Food business across markets Drive growth by working with pricing, performance and commercial execution Contribute to the overall commercial offer and business plans Develop and implement long-term plans for IKEA Food Collaborate with stakeholders across IKEA to secure alignment and results Coach and develop teams and build strong capabilities across markets Ensure a great customer experience across all food touchpoints Monitor performance, identify gaps and drive continuous improvement
