Contractors will handle a variety of field service jobs ranging from exterior maintenance to specialized cleaning and restoration projects. This is a subcontractor position with flexible scheduling and consistent work opportunities based on performance and availability. Services Included: EXTERIOR SERVICES: Pressure washing (sidewalks, lots, buildings) Oil stain removal / degreasing Storefront cleaning (glass + entryways) Awning cleaning Slip hazard removal (sidewalks, entries) Graffiti removal Common area pressure washing Tennis / specialty surface cleaning Loading dock / warehouse cleaning Solar Panel Cleaning Gutter cleaning WASTE & SANITATION: Dumpster pad sanitization Trash area cleaning Trash chute cleaning Odor & bacteria treatment SPECIALIZED CLEANING: Kitchen Hood cleaning Dog park/turf cleaning Parking garage deep cleaning CLEANOUTS & RESTORATION: Junk removal Eviction / turnover cleanouts Property cleanouts Post-construction cleanup (light + heavy via subs) COMPLIANCE SERVICES: Stormwater-compliant washing Catch basin/storm drain cleaning What We’re Looking For We are seeking contractors who are: Reliable and professional Detail-oriented with strong work ethic Comfortable working outdoors and in varying conditions Able to lift equipment and perform physical labor Experienced in cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, restoration, or related trades preferred Able to work independently or with a crew Strong communication and customer service skills Licensed and insured preferred (depending on service area) Must have reliable transportation Must have smartphone access for scheduling and communication Preferred Qualifications: Experience with pressure washing or exterior cleaning equipment Experience in property preservation or restoration services Knowledge of safety procedures and chemical handling Ability to operate trailers, ladders, or commercial equipment Ability to manage multiple service calls efficiently Work Location: In person
