We are looking for motivated individuals or crews experienced in deep cleaning, sanitization, odor control, and exterior maintenance services for commercial properties. This is a subcontractor opportunity ideal for independent cleaners, pressure washing professionals, sanitation crews, or small business operators looking to secure recurring commercial work. Services Include: Dumpster pad sanitization Trash area cleaning Trash chute cleaning Odor & bacteria treatment Degreasing and disinfecting high-traffic waste areas Removal of buildup, stains, grime, and debris Maintaining sanitary conditions around commercial properties What We’re Looking For: We are looking for subcontractors who are: Professional and dependable Experienced in commercial cleaning, sanitation, or pressure washing Able to work independently and complete jobs on schedule Detail-oriented with strong quality standards Equipped with reliable transportation Able to communicate professionally with property managers and clients Licensed and insured preferred (not always required depending on location/service) Familiar with safety procedures and proper chemical handling Equipment Preferred: (Subcontractors may provide their own equipment) Preferred equipment may include: Pressure washer Surface cleaner Water tanks (if applicable) Degreasers and sanitizing solutions PPE / safety gear Trash removal and cleaning tools Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
