Squeegee Squad is seeking dependable and hard-working subcontractor teams to assist with our growing Cleanouts & Restoration division. We are looking for experienced independent contractors who can handle residential, commercial, and property management cleanout projects with professionalism, urgency, and attention to detail. Projects may include junk hauling, eviction and tenant turnover cleanouts, full property cleanouts, and post-construction cleanup services ranging from light debris removal to large-scale restoration support. This is a subcontractor opportunity ideal for crews that already operate independently and are looking to secure consistent contract work through a growing service company. Services Included: CLEANOUTS & RESTORATION Junk removal Eviction & tenant turnover cleanouts Residential & commercial property cleanouts Post-construction cleanup Heavy debris removal (via qualified subcontractors) Light restoration cleanup support Hauling and disposal services What We’re Looking For: We are seeking subcontractors who are: Reliable and responsive Professional with clients and property managers Able to work efficiently under deadlines Experienced in cleanouts, hauling, demolition cleanup, or restoration support Equipped with proper tools, trailers, trucks, dumpsters, or hauling equipment Licensed and insured (preferred) Able to provide before/after photos and job updates Comfortable handling physically demanding work Available for on-call and scheduled projects Preferred Experience: Experience in any of the following is highly preferred: Junk removal companies Moving or hauling services Construction cleanup crews Property preservation Restoration services Maintenance or turnover crews General labor teams Compensation: Paid per project/contract Percentage-based payouts depending on scope of work Opportunities for recurring and long-term contracts Flexible scheduling based on availability and service area Why Partner With Squeegee Squad?
