Job Description: We are seeking dependable window cleaning subcontractors to partner with us on a variety of projects, including residential homes, storefronts, and commercial properties. Subcontractors are paid per completed job, with pricing based on project size, accessibility, and service type. Work may include interior and exterior window cleaning, screen cleaning, and occasional ladder or light high-access work. Responsibilities: Clean windows for residential and commercial properties (interior & exterior) Remove dirt, streaks, and buildup from glass, frames, and sills Safely use ladders, poles, and basic access equipment Maintain a clean and professional job site Communicate with clients or site contacts when needed Ensure all work meets Squeegee Squad quality standards Represent the company professionally at all times What We’re Looking For: Experience in window cleaning (residential and/or commercial) Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Reliable transportation Must have your own basic window cleaning tools and equipment Strong attention to detail (streak-free finish is a must) Good communication and professionalism with clients Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions Compensation: Per-job pay structure (earn based on production, not hourly limits) Preferred Qualifications: Experience with storefront routes or recurring commercial work Ladder safety experience (extension ladders, multi-position ladders) Water-fed pole system experience (a plus) Light pressure washing or exterior cleaning experience Pay: $1.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
