N-Clean was selected as the most people-oriented workplace in the HUMAN POWER 2024 competition. This respected recognition reflects our values: trust, appreciation, and commitment to shared goals. We are now looking for a new team member who shares our values and wants to be part of our responsible and people-oriented work community.

At the beginning of the employment, your workplace will be in a hotel environment, where work is carried out from Monday to Sunday; during early mornings starting from 6:00 AM, as well as morning, daytime, and evening shifts. In this role, you will work at our customer site and be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of hotel rooms as well as performing other customer service tasks related to cleaning services. You are expected to work responsibly, follow safety and quality practices, and take care of your work environment. With us, work is carried out responsibly as part of a reliable team.

We offer a permanent and part-time employment contract, 5–25 hours per week. The work starts according to agreement. Salary is determined according to the collective agreement for property service employees and depends on your work tasks. The trainee salary is €11.03/hour, after which, depending on the role, the salary is €12.26–€12.88/hour. In addition, we offer a responsible employer who ensures fair working conditions, a safe working environment, and employee well-being.

Success in this role requires a positive attitude, willingness to learn new things, and the ability to work as a reliable and careful team player, as well as the desire to be part of an equal and respectful work community. A customer-friendly working style and the ability to create a positive atmosphere in the workplace are important qualities. We are committed to fair working conditions, safety, and employee well-being. Previous experience in cleaning work is required.

The position does not require strong Finnish language skills if your English skills are fluent; in this case, basic Finnish language skills are sufficient. We value a diverse work community where different language and cultural backgrounds are seen as a strength. If you are not a Finnish citizen, you must already have a valid work permit when applying for the position.
