Who You Are:
Caring, dependable, and motivated to deliver excellent care
Actively working toward QQI Level 5 (with Care Skills and Care of the Older Person modules complete)
Holds a valid People Moving & Handling Certificate
Has a full EU driver’s licence and owns a car (essential for this role)
Good command of the English language, in written and spoken
Available to work every Saturday and Sunday
Can provide work and character references
Prepared to complete Garda Vetting (we cover the fee)
Experience with disabilities or Dementia training is a plus (not essential)
What You will Do:
Deliver personal care and home support to clients in their homes
Follow care plans tailored to each client's needs
Promote independence, dignity, and well-being
Maintain accurate daily care notes and report changes in condition
Adhere to infection prevention and control measures
Work collaboratively with supervisors and the wider care team
