As a Senior Consultant, you will lead the implementation and optimization of our CCM solutions, engage with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, and provide technical leadership to project teams. You will also perform system testing, deliver client training, and stay current with CCM trends and emerging technologies.
About the role
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience implementing and configuring CCM solutions.
- Strong expertise in document composition, template design, data integration, and workflow automation.
- Excellent communication and client‑facing skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
- Technical proficiency with XML, XSLT, SQL, and Java-based scripting.
- Strong analytical and independent problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to drive assignments with minimal guidance and deliver reliable results.
- Professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
Nice to Have
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (OpenShift, Jenkins, Chef, Puppet).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform).
