Main duties and responsibilities include: Preparing, baking, decorating, and finishing cakes and desserts Producing Brazilian-style birthday cakes and specialty pastries Preparing fillings, toppings, doughs, creams, and confectionery products Designing and decorating custom cakes according to customer requirements Maintaining consistency and quality standards in all products Managing ingredient preparation and stock rotation Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen Following all food safety and HACCP procedures Assisting with menu development and seasonal products Working collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team Maintaining an organized and efficient workstation Performing other reasonable duties related to the role as required by management Requirements: Experience as a Baker Knowledge of baking techniques and equipment Ability to read and follow recipes and instructions Attention to detail Excellent organizational and time-management skills Good communication skills
