Responsibilities
Communicate with clients regarding travel interests and vacation goals
Research and recommend travel packages, cruises, resorts, and hotels
Assist clients with booking travel arrangements and itineraries
Provide customer support before and after bookings
Maintain organized client and booking records
Participate in online training sessions and team meetings
Stay informed on supplier promotions and destination updates
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic computer and internet navigation skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Sales, hospitality, or travel experience is helpful but not required
