Key Duties • Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing Salesforce applications; perform defect analysis, design updates, and code corrections. • Manage configurations and workflows to support evolving business needs. • Apply Agile development practices in a collaborative team environment. • Develop using Lightning Web Components, Flows, Apex, and work within Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. • Build and maintain Salesforce API integrations across multiple platforms. • Diagnose platform issues and coordinate effective resolutions. • Conduct system performance testing and tuning to ensure reliability and scalability. • Review and troubleshoot vendor partner work to ensure quality and alignment with standards. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and maintain a positive team environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Ability to be fully engaged and present using virtual collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams). • Strong project and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities. • Ability to work independently, analyze issues, and drive solutions. • Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies. • Proven ability to engage in creative problem solving, take initiative, and apply sound judgment in complex organizational environments. • Candidate must work 8:00AM-5:00PM EST Required / Desired Skills • Experience in software development. Required - 5 Years • Hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform using Visualforce, LWC, Apex, Aura, Flow, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, and SOSL. Required - 2 Years • Experience with Web Services, OAuth, JavaScript, and SQL. Required - 3 Years • Experience with CI/CD pipelines. Required - 3 Years • Experience using Git based source control (e.g., Bitbucket). Required - 3 Years • Experience working within Agile software development environments. Required - 3 Years • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud. Required - 3 Years • Salesforce Developer certification is a plus. Required - 3 Years
