CampusWorks is looking for Human Resources/Payroll Consultants to assist our higher education clients in strengthening their human resources operations. The consulting engagements may be remote or onsite and can include serving as an interim CHRO/Director or Interim Head of HR, leading a Business Process Review project, or optimizing their HRIS system. The ideal candidates will have expertise in the business process associated with the employment lifecycle including, but not limited to: Position Management, Recruitment and Selection, Hiring, Onboarding, Faculty Credentialing, Faculty Workload, Adjunct Management, Benefits, Time and Leave Reporting, Performance Management, Payroll, Analytics and Reporting. We work collaboratively with clients’ functional and technical teams and our CampusWorks colleagues to evaluate current processes, design future-state optimal processes, and to architect, develop, test, train, and rollout process and technical solutions that delight our clients.
