Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales organization and drive revenue growth. As a key member of the executive team, you will develop and execute sales strategies, build and mentor a high-performing sales team, and expand our market presence. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the sales function from the ground up and make a significant impact on the company’s success.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Planning:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals.

• Identify target markets, customer segments, and competitive landscape to focus sales efforts.

Team Building and Leadership:

Recruit, hire, and lead a high-performing sales team, including Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives.

• Set clear performance expectations, provide coaching, and foster professional development.

Revenue Growth:

• Achieve and excdeed sales targets and KPIs.

• Drive new customer acquisition and expand existing accounts.

Process and Operations:

• Establish scalable sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.

• Implement CRM systems and tools to track sales activities and pipeline management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing to align lead generation and sales initiatives.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and influence product roadmap.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

• 8+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

• Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams in B2B SaaS or AI technology sectors.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with enterprise sales cycles and complex deal negotiations.

• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make informed decisions.

• Entrepreneurial spirit with a strategic vision and hands-on approach.
