We're hiring the Customer Success Specialist for our Turkey team. You will own post-sale revenue, retaining users, expanding accounts, ensuring onboarding quality, organizing workshops.

🎯 Responsibilities

Time Allocation: Retention 40% , Onboarding 30% , Expansion Selling (account growth) 20% , Projects 10%

🤝 Strategic Customer Relationships

  • Build strong, sustainable relationships with existing and prospective clients

  • Closely follow healthcare industry challenges and evolving needs

  • Share customer feedback with product and internal teams to contribute to continuous improvement

📈 Sales & Customer Lifecycle Management

  • Coordinate post-sale onboarding and ensure effective product adoption

  • Regularly monitor customer satisfaction

  • Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities (farming)

  • Proactively detect churn risks and take preventive action

    🧩 Solution-Oriented Sales

  • Analyze customer needs and effectively communicate NOA’s value proposition

  • Clearly demonstrate the return on investment (ROI) of our AI solutions

  • Position prospects accurately and manage the full sales cycle

Qualifications

✨ What Will Make You Shine

Required

- B2B AI/SaaS customer success, account management, or post-sales experience

- Native Turkish — able to build trust-based relationships with doctors

- Data-driven mindset: Lives and breathes activation rates, retention cohorts, and expansion numbers

- Hybrid skill set: Can navigate between CS conversations and commercial expansion pitches in the same call

- CRM discipline: Every touchpoint in HubSpot.

Preferred

- Healthcare technology or healthcare sector experience

- Medical terminology knowledge (to evaluate specialty-specific templates)

- Conversational English

- Retention strategy experience (churn analysis, cohort management)

Personality

- Relationship builder who thinks commercially. Gets satisfaction from both saving a churn-risk account AND closing a 5-seat expansion.

- Process disciplined. Can track hundreds of users simultaneously with flawless organization.

- Empathy + data balance.

- Proactive. Doesn't wait for churn signals.

- Culturally perceptive. Demonstrates sound judgment in how and when to engage customers throughout the relationship.
