Central Texas Recruiting is seeking a Health and Benefits Sales Professional to drive growth initiatives and build strategic relationships within the employee benefits and healthcare consulting space. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing high-value accounts, and delivering tailored solutions to organizations in the 1,000 5,000 employee market segment.
Key Responsibilities
Execute strategic sales initiatives and revenue growth objectives
Develop and maintain relationships with complex and high-value accounts
Lead sales presentations, meetings, and proposal development efforts
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market expansion
Manage account relationships and support long-term growth strategies
Negotiate and close complex sales opportunities
Represent the organization at networking and industry events
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years relevant sales experience required
Experience selling into the 1,000 5,000 employee benefits market required
Strong knowledge of employee benefits and health consulting products required
Strong C-suite relationship development skills required
Life and Health License preferred
