Join Quadient, a company dedicated to supporting businesses in their digital transformation and growth journey. As a Senior Ecommerce & Performance Marketing Product Owner, you will lead the development and execution of our Ecommerce roadmap and MarTech capabilities for performance marketing. You will work closely with the Ecommerce business team and technology teams to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance customer experience and optimize paid media performance.

About the role

Your profile:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Ecommerce and MarTech.
  • Strong understanding of E-commerce, CDP platforms, DSPs, and performance marketing technologies.
  • Knowledge and experience in finance automation and mailing products sector (not mandatory)
  • Expertise in audience segmentation, identity resolution, and data-driven marketing.
  • Knowledge of content management and personalisation
  • Familiarity with paid media optimization techniques (retargeting, frequency capping, suppression).
  • Knowledge of attribution modeling and ROI analysis for paid campaigns.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment including stakeholder management.
  • E-commerce platforms like Intershop, CDP, JavaScript, Google Tag Manger, Google Analytics, Google ads / other DSP’s, social media tools like LinkedIn, Meta.
  • Strong knowledge of Identity Graph/ ID resolution by stitching multiple identities like cookies, emails, other CRM id’s to enable a universal Quadient ID for personalisation and reporting purposes.
