This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Social Care professional looking to take the next step into leadership within a supportive and person-centred service environment. You will work closely with the Person in Charge (PIC) and wider management team to support the day-to-day operation of residential disability services while continuing to develop your leadership and management skills. Key responsibilities include: Supporting staff supervision and team development Assisting with HIQA compliance and quality standards Supporting care planning and individual outcomes Promoting dignity, independence, and community inclusion Supporting safeguarding and safe care practices Participating in the day-to-day operation of the service where required Supporting the PIC in maintaining responsive and high-quality service delivery Requirements Level 7 qualification in Social Care or equivalent CORU registration or active CORU application Relevant social care experience within disability or residential services Strong communication and organisational skills Flexibility to support evolving service needs HSE Land training completed or in progress Full clean driving licence desirable If you’re passionate about person-centred care and looking to progress into a supportive leadership role within disability services, we’d love to hear from you.
