What we need from you
- Consultant or Sr. Consultant level experience (less than 10 years, approximately ±1–2 years).
- Demonstrated experience in OCM (Organizational Change Management) and SAP (including SAP S/4HANA exposure).
- Understanding of manufacturing operations and how operational realities affect transformation, adoption, and process change.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to present, explain, and translate change content effectively.
- Strong organization and follow-through to coordinate on-site activities, manage timelines, and keep communications aligned to stakeholders’ needs.
- Comfort working on-site and collaborating closely with stakeholders during roadshows, engagement sessions, and project communication cycles.

- Experience using structured OCM tools/artifacts (e.g., stakeholder maps, communication plans, readiness tracking) to improve adoption outcomes.
