- n8n Experience: Proven experience building complex, multi-step workflows, handling webhooks, and mapping JSON data within n8n.
- AI Prompting Mastery: You must be highly proficient in utilizing LLMs to generate technical solutions, debug errors, and refine logic.
- Zoho CRM Familiarity: A solid understanding of Zoho CRM's architecture, including workflow rules, custom modules, and where custom functions are applied.
- The "Error Log" Mindset: You do not need to be a developer, but you must have a developer's mindset for troubleshooting. You enjoy the puzzle of identifying a failure point and conversing with AI to resolve it.
- Time Zone & Language: Fluent English and the ability to overlap significantly with our working hours (HST).
- n8n Orchestration: Design, build, and maintain automated workflows and API integrations using n8n, zoho crm, and twilio to connect our various platforms.
- Prompt-Engineered Development: Use AI to generate Zoho CRM custom functions, automations, and Deluge scripts. No manual coding is required, but you must know how to ask the right technical questions.
- Iterative Troubleshooting: You must be highly skilled at taking error logs, failed webhook responses, or broken API calls, feeding them back into the AI, and running iterative tests until the solution is stable.
- Systems Management: Oversee the data flow between Zoho CRM, n8n, and external tools, ensuring logic holds up under volume.
About Us:
We are a U.S.-based business operating across digital marketing, rural internet provision, and AI chatbot development. We rely on the Zoho ecosystem and complex automations to manage high-volume lead generation pipelines and orchestrate communications. Operating on Hawaii Standard Time (HST), we want a dedicated automation specialist in Latin America to overlap with our hours and function as a core member of our internal team.
The Role:
This is not a traditional software engineering position. We do not need you to manually write code. We need a sharp, logic-driven technical operator who uses AI to build and troubleshoot our infrastructure. You will orchestrate workflows in n8n and implement custom functions within Zoho CRM by generating Deluge scripts via AI models (like Gemini or ChatGPT). You will start at 20 hours per week, with the explicit goal of transitioning to a permanent, 40-hour/week role as our systems scale.
Basic JavaScript/Node.js Knowledge: While you will use AI to write the actual code, having a foundational understanding of JavaScript syntax makes reading error logs and debugging much faster.
Twilio Integration Experience: Familiarity with routing SMS and voice APIs is a major plus for our lead generation and AI bot workflows.
Broader Zoho Ecosystem: Experience with other Zoho One applications outside of CRM, specifically Zoho Flow, Zoho Forms, or Zoho Desk.
Industry Context: Any background working in digital marketing, lead generation, or the telecom/ISP industry.
