Clinical Nurse Manager 1 (CNM1) | Day Service | Dublin North West
We are seeking a committed Clinical Nurse Manager 1 (CNM1) to join a Day Service in Dublin North West.
This is a Permanent, Part-Time (35 hours per week), Salary €57,208 – €67,372 (pro-rata, based on experience).
This is a key role supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities in a community-based, person-centred environment.

Our client is a person-centred, rights-based organisation dedicated to improving the lives of children and adults with intellectual disabilities. They deliver a wide range of services, including day, residential, and respite supports.
The Role
As CNM1, you will:
Provide clinical leadership and oversight within the day service setting.
Deliver person-centred support to individuals across all areas of daily living.
Work effectively both autonomously and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Communicate and coordinate with external professionals, including GPs, Public Health Nurses, hospitals, and relevant agencies.
Promote evidence-based best practice and uphold high standards of care aligned with organisational values.
Support the development and delivery of a socially inclusive, community-based service model.
Essential Criteria
Registered with NMBI in the RNID division.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience at staff nurse level in intellectual disability services.
Strong clinical, communication, organisational, and time management skills.
Experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to manage individual cases and use own initiative.
Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Experience supporting individuals with epilepsy and diabetes desirable.
Experience in community day or residential services.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
