As a Process Enablement Leader, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation across global operations, acting as a bridge between business and technology. You will define, document, and optimize end-to-end business processes, collaborate with various teams to design and implement technology solutions, and drive change management and adoption across the business.
About the role
- 5+ years of experience in business process management / process design
- Strong experience in process mapping and documentation
- Solid understanding of lead‑to‑cash, finance, and marketing processes
- Ability to translate business processes into system requirements and user stories
- Nice to have is experience with SAP, Salesforce CRM, exposure to Agile / Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- English is a must, German/French is an advantage
- Experience working in complex, fast‑paced environments with multiple priorities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
