Goodhood is seeking 1 Chef de Partie Main duties include: * Designing menus and preparing, seasoning, and cooking food items, or supervising their preparation while ensuring the quality of the final dishes is consistently maintained. * Overseeing, coordinating, and guiding kitchen staff, and taking responsibility for the overall kitchen operation or specific sections within it. * Ensuring compliance with all required hygiene, health, and safety regulations within the kitchen environment. * Organising and scheduling kitchen activities, including the collection, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment and utensils. 2 years’ experience required.
