Clinical Nurse Manager 1 (Mental Health) Housing First Community Team | Dublin 1 Salary: €61,443 – €72,066 (HSE CNM1 Scale) Hours: 35 hours per week | Flexible options available This is Leadership That Shows Up This role is built for a Clinical Nurse Manager who leads from the front. You’ll join a specialist Housing First team, supporting individuals with complex mental health and addiction needs as they move out of homelessness and into stable housing. This is community-based, relationship-driven care — where consistency, trust and clinical judgement matter every day. What You’ll Be Responsible For You will balance clinical leadership and direct care, ensuring high standards while staying connected to the people you serve.
